I play solo, but I could see changing it up to play in a group, becasue it is pretty good right here as-is at crowd control and locking down a boss. Back then it could do T10, but thanks to Legacy of Dreams (Max ranked, though, if we're being honest) this easy little guy can saunter through T16 easy as pie. a lazy Wizard that actually uses cold (not, like, Archon). I had a build on here before the changeover that was a prototype of this. I just know you don't need max resource, and I try to max damage. I went Iceblink because I'm a sucker for theme, but honestly bane of the Trapped would be a delight there, and I could even see Zei's Stone of Vengeance working. Legendary gems - LoD is a must, obviously, as is taeguk for a Channel build. Note my odd little habit of throwing Sash of knives in the cube - i like the free extra damage from it, but I could see Ice Climbers or Illusory boots there, or Nilfur's Boast, if you added Meteor - Comet to the build (Easy enough to swap Frost Nova out for Comet, but honestly the Ray of Frost and Blizzard proccing Rimeheart seem to work just fine). Hegrbrash's Binding makes Ray of Frost free, Deathwish ups the power, as do Frostburn and Mantle of Channelling, and CoE in the cube. Squirt's Necklace gave this a nice power boost, but A good hellfire Amulet could work. provided you freeze thengs from a distance as much as possible. Those things make this tough enough to take out up to GR 80+, so far.
